Client Partner (Account Manager)

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Find new business opportunities through networking and lead generation
  • Build relationships with IT professionals, making cold calls and setting up meetings
  • Managing accounts and internal team members
  • High volume of calls and meetings. (Must be comfortable making calls)
  • Attend monthly networking events and build a strong professional network
  • This is a 50% outside / 50% inside sales role, the best of both worlds

Talent Partner (Technical Recruiter) 

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and build relationships with IT/Digital professionals through one-on-one interaction
  • Develop recruiting strategy on how to tackle the requirements/positions
  • Manage 5-10 open positions at one time
  • High volume of calls, set in person meetings with candidates and match each candidate with their ideal job
  • Attend monthly networking events and build a strong IT professional network
  • Great Opportunity to move into a Client Relations role
